Most coaching looks at one thing: how hard you train. The Wellness Wheel looks at the whole picture — the eight areas of your health that actually decide how you feel, perform and recover.
You score each area from 1 to 10, and the shape that comes out shows where you're strong and where a little focus will pay off most. It's the honest starting point for everything we do — because the fastest progress usually comes from fixing the spoke you've been ignoring, not pushing harder on the one you're already good at.
Drag each slider to rate how that area feels right now, from 1 to 10. Your shape shows where you're strong and where a little focus pays off most.
Full Coaching clients then get personalised habit coaching to improve the areas that need it most.
A simple guide to keep it honest and consistent.
- Score how things actually are, not how you'd like them to be — the wheel only helps if it's honest.
- Don't aim for straight 10s. A balanced 7 across the board beats a spiky mix of 10s and 2s — the shape matters more than the total.
- Your lowest spokes are the opportunities — that's where small changes give the biggest return.
The shape matters more than the score. Here's how to read it.
You're in a good place across the board. The job now is to protect it and sharpen gradually — not chase perfection in any one area.
Big highs and lows. Those low spokes are quietly dragging the strong ones down — lift them and everything else gets easier.
Don't panic, and don't try to fix it all at once. Pick one spoke, change one thing, and let the wins build from there.
- Pick your one or two lowest spokes — not all eight. Focus beats scatter every time.
- Make one small, repeatable change in each — something you can do on a bad day, not just a good one.
- Score again in a few weeks and watch the shape fill out. That's progress you can see.
Most coaching stops at training. For me, it's one spoke of the wheel.
How you move day to day, not just your workouts. Strength keeps you capable, mobility keeps you pain-free, and getting your heart working protects your long-term health. We build movement that fits your week, not a punishing schedule you'll quit in a fortnight.
Explore movement → 2Not crash diets or banning the foods you love. It's eating in a way that fuels your training, steadies your energy and supports recovery — built from small, practical changes you can keep when life gets busy.
Explore nutrition → 3The one most people overlook, and the one that quietly undermines everything else. Poor sleep wrecks your appetite, mood, focus and recovery. We find the small shifts in routine and environment that help you sleep deeper and wake up like yourself.
Explore sleep → 4Simple, but it does more than people realise. Even mild dehydration drags down energy, focus and performance — and is often mistaken for hunger or tiredness. Getting this consistently right is one of the easiest wins there is.
Explore hydration → 5Chronic stress shows up everywhere — your sleep, your eating, your recovery, your motivation. Having worked in high-pressure, frontline roles, I help you build practical ways to manage the load, so training supports your headspace instead of adding to it.
Explore stress → 6You don't get fitter when you train — you get fitter when you recover from it. Rest, mobility and managing how hard you push all decide whether progress sticks. I'll make sure you're recovering as well as you're working, so you improve steadily and stay injury-free.
Explore recovery → 7How you actually feel as you move through your day. Energy isn't something we train directly — it's the read-out of everything else. When the other spokes come into balance, your energy follows, which is why we treat it as a real signal your plan is working.
Explore energy → 8Years as a nurse taught me people do far better with the right support around them. Whether that's regular check-ins from me, the buzz of a training group, or the people in your corner at home, connection keeps you going when motivation dips.
Explore support →Scoring your wheel is the start. Here's how we actually move the numbers.
