Transform your well-being with EnduroFit coaching

Every EnduroFit programme includes EnduroFit Wellness coaching as standard — ongoing support across all eight areas of your health: movement, nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress, recovery, energy and support. Because real, lasting fitness isn't built on training alone. It's how we turn a good plan into lasting change.

Holistic health for a better you

At EnduroFit, every client starts by scoring eight key areas of their health — your personal Wellness Wheel. It shows at a glance where you're strong and where a little focus will make the biggest difference, so your plan is built around your whole life, not just your workout

How to score yourself

Rate each of the eight areas from 1 to 10. Here's a simple guide to keep it honest and consistent.

1–3

Struggling

A real weak spot right now — inconsistent or neglected, causing problems regularly and probably dragging down other areas too.
e.g. tired most days, no real routine.

4–6

Patchy

Some good days, some bad. You know it needs attention but haven't cracked it — neither a strength nor a crisis.
e.g. eating well some days, then it slips.

7–8

Solid

Mostly working well with the odd off-week. You're fairly happy here, with a little room to sharpen it.
e.g. training regularly, just not always consistent.

9–10

A strength

Genuinely dialled in — consistent, rarely an issue, and something you can lean on.
e.g. strong people around you, great accountability.

A few pointers

  • Score how things actually are, not how you'd like them to be — the wheel only helps if it's honest.
  • Don't aim for straight 10s. A balanced 7 across the board beats a spiky mix of 10s and 2s — the shape matters more than the total.
  • Your lowest spokes are the opportunities — that's where small changes give the biggest return.

Wellness Resources

Movement & fitness

How you move, day in and day out — not just your workouts. Strength, mobility and getting your heart working keep you capable in everyday life. This is where most coaching stops; for me, it's just one spoke of the wheel.

Nutrition

Not crash diets or cutting out the foods you love. It's eating in a way that fuels your training, supports recovery and fits your life — small, practical changes you can stick with long after a fad plan would have fizzled out.

Sleep

The one most people overlook, and the one that quietly undermines everything else. Poor sleep wrecks your energy, appetite, mood and recovery. We'll find the changes that help you sleep more deeply and wake up more like yourself.

Hydration

Simple, but it does more than people realise. Even mild dehydration drags down your energy, focus and performance. Getting this consistently right is one of the easiest wins there is.

Stress & mind

Chronic stress shows up everywhere — your sleep, your eating, your recovery, your motivation. Having worked in high-pressure roles, I help you build in ways to manage the load so training supports your headspace rather than adding to it.

Recovery

You don't get fitter when you train — you get fitter when you recover from it. Rest, mobility and managing how hard you push all matter. I'll make sure you're recovering as well as you're working, so progress sticks and injuries don't.

Energy levels

How you actually feel as you go through your day. When the other areas come into balance, your energy follows — which is why we treat it as a real signal of whether your plan is genuinely working for you.

Support & connection

Years as a nurse taught me people do far better with the right support around them. Whether that's regular check-ins from me, the buzz of a training group, or the people in your corner at home, connection keeps you going when motivation dips.
