EnduroFit - In Person programme combines your own personalised online training with two in-person group sessions every week — one focused on strength, the other on endurance. This gives you structure, variety, and the energy of training alongside others.
Rather than selling it separately, I've built the full holistic layer right into the package. Every client gets ongoing coaching across all eight areas of their health — sleep, stress, energy, nutrition and the daily habits that make training actually stick — at no extra cost. It's how Hybrid turns a good plan into lasting change

Receive a custom programme delivered through VDOT O2 or the Everfit app, tailored to your specific goals and progress.
